What exactly is Nova™ — is it a CRM? +
Nova™ is not just a CRM. It is a complete AI revenue infrastructure system built specifically for insurance and final expense agents. It includes a CRM, but also AI voice agents, SMS automation, niche-specific follow-up playbooks, reputation management, ad management, and unlimited communications — all in one proprietary platform. Think of it as replacing a CRM, a virtual receptionist, an email/SMS tool, and a reputation platform simultaneously.
Is Nova™ a white-labeled third-party tool? +
Nova™ is a proprietary system developed by Ready Set Go Market. We do not disclose our underlying infrastructure. What matters is that Nova delivers results — and our clients experience a fully branded, dedicated platform exclusive to Ready Set Go Market clients. Clients buy Nova for what it does, not what it's built on.
Who is Nova™ built for? +
Nova™ is purpose-built for independent insurance agents and final expense professionals. While the platform works for service businesses broadly, our playbooks, automations, scripts, and AI training are all optimized for final expense, Medicare supplement, term life, and related insurance lines.
What is included in the $497/month Nova™ Base plan? +
The $497/month Nova™ Base plan includes: full CRM and pipeline tracking, 24/7 AI voice receptionist, AI SMS conversation engine, niche-specific automation playbooks, smart appointment booking, ad manager access, unlimited calls/texts/emails, reputation management (a $49/mo value included free), performance dashboard, and weekly Nova™ community training. No overage fees. No per-message billing.
What is the difference between Nova™ Base and Nova™ Elite? +
Nova™ Base at $497/mo gives you the full platform with community support — you run it with our playbooks and training. Nova™ Elite at $897/mo adds a dedicated account manager, a personalized AI built specifically for your business, active ad account management, monthly 1-on-1 strategy calls, and priority support. Elite is for agents who want a hands-on partner, not just a platform.
Is there an annual billing option and what do I save? +
Yes. Nova™ Base is $3,997/year (vs $5,964 billed monthly) — saving you nearly $2,000, equivalent to 4 months free. Nova™ Elite is $7,176/year (vs $10,764 billed monthly) — saving you $3,588. Annual billing also comes with lower churn, better cash flow planning, and full tax deductibility as a business expense.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Nova™ Base to Nova™ Elite at any time. Downgrade requests on annual plans are handled at renewal. Monthly subscribers can change plans at any billing cycle. We keep clients because of results, not fine print.
How long does it take to get set up? +
Most clients are fully operational within 72 hours of signing up. Our onboarding team handles your CRM setup, automation activation, AI voice agent configuration, and reputation management launch. You will have a dedicated onboarding call within 24 hours of signup. Elite clients receive a more hands-on buildout that may take 5–7 business days depending on customization scope.
Do I need technical skills to use Nova™? +
No. Nova™ is designed for agents, not tech professionals. Our onboarding team does the heavy lifting. You will be trained during onboarding and supported through our weekly community calls. Most of Nova's revenue-generating features run automatically in the background without daily involvement from you.
How does the AI voice agent work? +
Nova's AI voice agent uses advanced conversational AI to answer incoming calls in natural language — it sounds human, handles basic qualification, answers common questions, schedules appointments, and escalates to you when a prospect is ready to close. It is trained with insurance-specific language and can be further customized with your own scripts, products, and FAQs.
What is the reputation management feature? +
Nova's reputation management system automatically sends review requests to clients after positive interactions via SMS and email. It monitors your Google and Facebook ratings, alerts you to any negative reviews, and helps you respond quickly. Normally a $49/month add-on, it is included free in the Nova™ Base plan. Most clients see a significant increase in their Google review count within 30–60 days.
How quickly will I see results? +
Most clients see measurable results within 72 hours — specifically in lead capture and follow-up response times. Booking rates typically improve within the first two weeks as automated appointment reminders reduce no-shows. What if I don't get results? +
Results depend on lead flow and consistent platform use. Nova™ maximizes what you already have — it cannot manufacture leads. Clients with active lead sources see the strongest results. Our onboarding team reviews your lead sources before setup to ensure the platform is configured for maximum value. Struggling clients can reach their account manager (Elite) or community support (Base) to diagnose and adjust.
What is EasyAgentPro™ and how does it work with Nova™? +
EasyAgentPro™ is a one-time purchase ($97 individual, $197 for a team of 5) that provides structured sales execution tools — underwriting guidance, objection handling, script generators, and close-ratio frameworks built for final expense and insurance agents. Nova™ gets leads to the appointment. EasyAgentPro™ ensures you close them. Together they address both sides of the revenue equation: infrastructure and execution.
