1.3 Eligibility

Access to a Ready Set Go Market product or subscription provides a limited right to use that product for its intended purpose during the applicable service period. Ownership is not transferred to the customer.
1.7 Third-Party Services
Ready Set Go Market products may connect with or depend upon third-party software, telecommunications carriers, payment providers, advertising platforms, domain registrars, artificial intelligence providers, application programming interfaces, or other service providers.
Third-party products and services may be governed by separate terms, policies, fees, service limitations, or technical requirements.
1.8 Service Availability
We work to maintain reliable services but cannot guarantee that any website, platform, integration, telecommunications service, automation, or third-party system will operate without interruption.
Temporary downtime may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, telecommunications interruptions, provider outages, security events, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
1.9 Business Results Disclaimer
Ready Set Go Market provides technology, systems, services, coaching, and business tools intended to support business operations and revenue activities.
Business results vary. Revenue, sales, lead volume, customer acquisition, conversion rates, appointments, profitability, and other commercial outcomes depend on factors that may be outside Ready Set Go Market's control.
No earnings guarantee: Ready Set Go Market does not promise or guarantee a specific level of revenue, profit, sales, leads, appointments, or business growth.
1.10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Purple Nana LLC DBA Ready Set Go Market will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon our website, software, services, integrations, or business tools.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ready Set Go Market's aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Ready Set Go Market for the applicable service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1.11 Modifications to These Terms
Ready Set Go Market may update these Terms & Conditions when needed to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.

1.12 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
NOVA™ PLATFORM TERMS
The following provisions apply to customers with access to Nova™ products, including applicable CRM, automation, communications, AI, marketing, web, workflow, reputation, appointment, pipeline, or related functionality.
2.1 Subscription Services
Nova™ subscriptions are provided according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. Available features, limits, usage allowances, support, and pricing may differ by plan.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless canceled in accordance with these Terms. Annual or prepaid plans are governed by the billing terms disclosed when purchased.
2.2 Billing and Payment
Subscription charges are billed to the payment method provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for keeping valid payment information on file.
Usage-based services, telecommunications charges, artificial intelligence usage, email services, telephone services, advertising costs, premium integrations, or other metered services may be billed separately when applicable to the selected plan.
Failed payments: Ready Set Go Market may suspend access to unpaid accounts. Outstanding charges remain due even when access has been suspended.
Where a Nova™ offer expressly includes our 45-day satisfaction guarantee, an eligible customer may request a refund of the first month's qualifying Nova™ service fee within 45 days of the initial payment.
Eligibility requires reasonable participation in onboarding and use of the platform, an opportunity for Ready Set Go Market support to address the concern, submission of the request within the applicable 45-day period, and an account in good standing.
Usage charges, advertising costs, lead costs, third-party charges, telecommunications charges, setup charges expressly identified as non-refundable, and subsequent subscription periods are excluded unless the applicable offer states otherwise.
2.3 Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for configuring and operating their Nova™ account lawfully, reviewing automation settings, maintaining accurate customer data, protecting account credentials, and ensuring that communications initiated through their account are authorized.
Customers using SMS, MMS, email, automated calling, AI voice, or similar communications functionality are responsible for complying with applicable consent, identification, opt-out, suppression, recordkeeping, and telecommunications requirements.
2.4 AI and Automation
Nova™ may include artificial intelligence or automated functionality. AI-generated responses, recommendations, summaries, content, or actions may contain errors or require review.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing automated systems before deploying them in situations where accuracy, compliance, customer experience, or business consequences are material.
2.5 Cancellation
A customer may cancel an eligible month-to-month Nova™ subscription by contacting Ready Set Go Market through the available support or account cancellation process.
Cancellation requests should be submitted at least five business days before the next scheduled billing date. Access ordinarily continues through the end of the already-paid service period.
2.6 Platform Changes
Ready Set Go Market may improve, replace, remove, reorganize, or modify platform features as the underlying technology, provider requirements, security considerations, or product strategy changes.
READY SET LAUNCH™ SERVICE TERMS
3.1 Service Description
Ready Set Launch™ is a business setup and filing-support service. Specific deliverables are determined by the package purchased and may include business formation assistance, EIN-related support, domain or email setup assistance, business documentation, implementation checklists, and related startup services.
3.2 Government and Third-Party Fees
State filing fees, governmental charges, registered-agent costs, domain fees, third-party subscriptions, licensing fees, and other external charges are separate from Ready Set Go Market's service fee unless an offer expressly states that such costs are included.
3.3 Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate information required to prepare or facilitate filings. Ready Set Go Market is not responsible for delays, rejections, or other consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information supplied by the customer.
3.4 Refunds
Because Ready Set Launch™ involves customized administrative and document-preparation work, service fees may become non-refundable once work has begun.
Government filing fees and third-party charges are non-refundable once submitted or incurred unless the applicable government agency or provider independently authorizes a refund.
3.5 No Government Approval Guarantee
Ready Set Go Market cannot guarantee acceptance or approval of any filing by a state, federal agency, financial institution, domain provider, licensing authority, or other third party.
3.6 No Legal or Tax Advice
Ready Set Go Market is not a law firm or accounting firm. Ready Set Launch™ provides administrative, technology, educational, and filing support services. Information provided through the service does not constitute individualized legal, tax, or accounting advice.
RSG READYLEADS™ TERMS
4.1 Lead Services
RSG ReadyLeads™ may provide lead-generation, lead-delivery, marketing, advertising, or related prospecting services according to the specific package purchased.
4.2 Lead Results
Contact rates, qualification, response rates, appointment rates, conversion rates, policy sales, contracts, revenue, and other outcomes vary according to market conditions, geography, targeting, customer follow-up practices, offer quality, competition, and other factors.
Lead disclaimer: Ready Set Go Market does not guarantee that any individual lead will answer, schedule an appointment, make a purchase, or become a customer.
4.3 Billing
ReadyLeads™ services are billed according to the package and billing frequency disclosed during purchase. Charges for leads, advertising, platform services, or related services may be recurring where indicated.
4.4 Customer Follow-Up
Customers are responsible for lawful outreach to leads, including honoring applicable consent limitations, suppression requests, do-not-call requirements, opt-outs, and other restrictions associated with the customer's communications.
SMS MESSAGING TERMS
These SMS Messaging Terms apply when an individual voluntarily opts in to receive SMS or MMS communications directly from Purple Nana LLC DBA Ready Set Go Market.
Providing a mobile telephone number to Ready Set Go Market does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing SMS messages.
5.1 How Consent Is Obtained
Ready Set Go Market may collect SMS consent through publicly accessible website forms or another disclosed opt-in method.
When consent is collected through a Ready Set Go Market website form, the user is shown the applicable SMS disclosure before giving consent. A web-form SMS consent checkbox is presented as an affirmative choice and is not preselected.

Nova™ may provide Ready Set Go Market customers with SMS, voice, email, AI, and other communication functionality for use with their own customers, leads, and contacts.
A Nova™ customer who independently communicates with contacts through the platform is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent for those communications, maintaining required consent records, accurately identifying its business where required, and honoring applicable opt-out requests.
Nova™ subscriber responsibility: Ready Set Go Market customers may not use Nova™ communication tools for spam, unauthorized messaging, unlawful telemarketing, or other communications that violate applicable law, carrier requirements, or platform policies.
BILLING, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
6.1 Recurring Billing
Products identified as subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing cycle selected during purchase until canceled.
6.2 Usage Charges
Certain products may include usage-based charges for telecommunications, artificial intelligence, email, telephone numbers, domains, advertising, premium services, third-party services, or other metered resources.
6.3 Cancellation Requests
Where cancellation is available, customers should submit their request at least five business days before the next billing date to allow adequate processing time.
6.4 Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined by the terms associated with the specific product or service purchased, including any expressly stated guarantee.
Completed custom work, incurred third-party costs, delivered leads, advertising spend, usage charges, governmental filing fees, and other consumed or nonrecoverable costs ordinarily are not refundable.
ADDITIONAL LEGAL TERMS
7.1 Termination or Suspension
Ready Set Go Market may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, material violation of these Terms, or conduct that threatens the integrity of our services.
7.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
7.3 No Waiver
Failure by Ready Set Go Market to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
7.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with applicable order forms, product-specific terms, policies, and agreements presented during a transaction, constitute the applicable agreement between Ready Set Go Market and the customer concerning the covered services.
