By accessing or using our website, purchasing any product or service, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services.
By using our website and services you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are using our services for lawful business purposes. Our services are available to residents of the United States.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when purchasing services, completing onboarding forms, or communicating with our team. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of any applicable refunds. Ready Set Go Market is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For active subscribers, material changes will be communicated via email with reasonable notice.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Nova™ brand, the Ready Set Launch™ brand, RSG ReadyLeads™ brand, software, systems, workflows, automations, and design — is the property of Purple Nana LLC DBA Ready Set Go Market and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our content, systems, or software without our express written permission. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Nova™ platform solely for their own business operations during the active subscription period.
You agree to use our platform and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our systems to send spam, engage in fraudulent activity, violate TCPA or A2P 10DLC regulations, harass or abuse contacts, or violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws. Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purple Nana LLC DBA Ready Set Go Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, software, or services — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Note: Results from the Nova™ platform depend on user engagement, market conditions, contact quality, and consistent use of the system. Ready Set Go Market does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or results. The platform is a tool — results require active participation.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our website and platform may reference or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party integration is at your own risk and subject to that provider's terms.
The following terms apply specifically to subscribers of the Nova™ AI Revenue System, including Nova™ Base, Nova™ Elite, and RSG ReadyLeads™ bundles that include Nova™ CRM access.
Nova™ is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. There are no long-term contracts or annual commitments required. Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date unless you cancel before the renewal date. Annual plans, where elected, are billed upfront and are non-refundable after the 45-day guarantee period described in Section 2.3.
Your subscription fee is charged automatically to your payment method on file on the same day each month following your initial purchase. All fees are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information in your account. Ready Set Go Market reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.
Missed Payments: If a payment fails or is missed, your account will enter a 5-day grace period. If payment is not received within 5 days of the missed payment date, your access to the Nova™ platform will be suspended and your account may be removed from the system. Reactivation requires payment of any outstanding balance and may be subject to a reactivation fee.
We stand behind the Nova™ platform. If you are not satisfied within your first 45 days of service, you may request a full refund of your first month's service fee — provided all of the following conditions are met:
✓ You have actively used the platform and engaged with our onboarding process
✓ You have contacted our support team and given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your concerns
✓ You submit your refund request within 45 days of your initial payment date
✓ Your account is in good standing with no policy violations
The guarantee applies to the first month's service fee only. Subsequent monthly payments, annual plan fees after the 45-day period, and lead generation add-on fees are non-refundable. Refund requests that do not meet the above criteria will not be honored.
Nova™ is a powerful AI revenue automation platform. However, results are not guaranteed and depend on your active participation, the quality of your contacts, your consistency in using the system, and market factors outside our control. To see results, you must be actively working the platform — setting up your workflows, importing or generating leads, and engaging with your pipeline.
Ready Set Go Market provides ongoing service, support, and coaching to help you succeed. We are committed to your results. However, subscribers who are not actively using the system should not expect results and are not eligible for the satisfaction guarantee on that basis alone.
All active Nova™ subscribers will receive access to all future updates, feature enhancements, and improvements to the Nova™ platform at no additional charge for the duration of their subscription. We are continuously improving the system and you will always have access to the most current version while your subscription is active.
You may cancel your Nova™ subscription at any time by contacting our support team or submitting a cancellation request through your account. Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Access to the platform will continue through the end of your current paid billing period following cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a paid period after the 45-day guarantee window has passed.
All Nova™ subscribers are entitled to access our support team for technical assistance, onboarding help, and platform questions. Support is provided via email, chat, and scheduled calls depending on your plan tier. We are committed to providing responsive, high-quality support to help you maximize your results on the platform.
The following terms apply to the Ready Set Launch™ done-for-you LLC formation service.
Ready Set Launch™ is a done-for-you business formation service. Upon purchase and completion of your intake form, Ready Set Go Market will facilitate the formation of your LLC, EIN application, domain registration, Google Workspace email setup, operating agreement, bank account checklist, Business Birth Certificate, and a complimentary business insurance review. Deliverables are provided within 3 business days of receiving your completed intake form.
The Ready Set Launch™ service fee is $297 (one-time). This fee covers our service work only. State LLC filing fees are paid separately and directly to the applicable state agency. State fees vary by state ($50–$500) and are not included in our $297 fee. We will confirm the exact state fee for your specific state before filing. You are responsible for payment of state filing fees.
Due to the done-for-you nature of this service, the $297 service fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. Work commences upon receipt of your completed intake form. If you have paid but not yet submitted your intake form, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. State filing fees are non-refundable once submitted to the state.
Ready Set Go Market facilitates the LLC formation process on your behalf. We cannot guarantee approval by any state agency, the IRS, or any other government body, as these decisions are made by those agencies independently. If a filing is rejected for reasons outside our control, we will work with you to resubmit at no additional service charge.
Ready Set Launch™ is a document preparation and filing facilitation service. We are not a law firm and nothing provided as part of this service constitutes legal advice. We recommend consulting a licensed attorney for complex legal questions related to your business structure.

You must obtain proper consent from your contacts before sending SMS messages through the Nova™ system. Ready Set Go Market is not liable for non-compliant use of the platform's messaging features by subscribers.
Your Responsibility: As a Nova™ user, you are the sender of record for any messages sent to your contacts through the platform. You must maintain proper opt-in records and honor opt-out requests promptly. Misuse of the platform's messaging tools in violation of applicable law may result in immediate account termination.
By submitting your email address through our website or booking system, you consent to receive email communications from us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Transactional emails related to your active account, orders, or services may still be sent as necessary.
RSG ReadyLeads™ provides weekly lead delivery for final expense agents and other service professionals. Lead quality and contact rates vary based on market conditions, geographic targeting, and other factors outside our control. Ready Set Go Market does not guarantee any specific number of sales, appointments, or revenue outcomes from leads provided.
ReadyLeads™ packages are billed weekly. Your card on file will be charged each week on your billing day. You may cancel or pause your lead subscription with 5 business days' notice before your next billing date. Leads already delivered for a paid period are non-refundable.
All RSG ReadyLeads™ packages include complimentary access to the Nova™ CRM platform for lead management and follow-up automation. Nova™ CRM access provided through a ReadyLeads™ bundle is contingent on maintaining an active leads subscription. If your ReadyLeads™ subscription is cancelled, Nova™ platform access through that bundle will also be discontinued. Subscribers may elect to continue with a standalone Nova™ subscription at the applicable monthly rate.
